Valeria Miller Ahhhh, what is better than authentic Italian dishes? Valeria grew up in Italy and began cooking for her family at the age of 13. She moved to the U.S. when she was 21 and now cooks for her family here in Billings. Wine pairing samples will accompany the following menu:
- Crostini alla Ponticiana (Toasted bread topped with mushrooms, prosciutto, mozzerella)
- Bruschetta
- Penne con Pancetta e Pomodori (Pasta with bacon and tomato)
- Gnocchi con Salsa alla Gorgonzola
- Salmone Al Forno (Oven-baked salmon)
- Saltimbocca (Rolled steak, prosciutto and sage)
